This dip is quick, simple and goes with everything from chips to eggs to salads.
It can be made with either cream cheese or Greek yoghurt. The cream cheese makes a slightly thicker consistency. I make enough to use at the time of making it. If you make it too far in advance the avo can go brown in the mixture.

Ingredients
1 ripe avocado
1/4 cup of soft cream cheese (or Greek yoghurt)
Lemon juice
A pinch of onion powder
A pinch of garlic powder
Salt and pepper
Instructions
Chop the flesh of the avocado into pieces and place in the blender.
Drizzle the lemon juice over the avocado. Add enough to taste. The lemon juice will also help to stop the avocado browning.
Add the remaining ingredients and blend together. Taste and add more lemon juice or salt and pepper if needed.
Use straight away.

This article presents a practical recipe that many could find useful. However, it's interesting to consider how the choice between cream cheese and Greek yoghurt might influence the texture and flavor. The mention of avocado browning also raises questions about freshness in home cooking. It’s essential to consider how food preservation techniques apply to different ingredients, like in this case with the avocado and the use of lemon juice, which could be a point of discussion. Rainbet https://rainbet.geek.nz/ could potentially illustrate similar concepts in a different culinary context.
