Variety is the spice of life and in these times of higher living costs we are all looking to maximise the variety of meals we can create from our everyday staples. So we started pouring through mum’s old handwritten cookbooks looking for the best of the best spice creations that we grew up with. Mum passed away some time ago now but, before she did she made sure to document all (well almost all - there are a few we still can’t find) of her favourite recipes.
