Sweet Basil & Avocado Oil Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

1 cup of fresh basil leaves

1/2 cup of avocado oil (or olive oil)

1/3 cup apple cider vinegar

1 clove of crushed fresh garlic

3 tablespoons honey

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper


Instructions:

Add all the ingredients excluding the oil to a blender and pulse to blend. Once the basil leaves have broken down add in the oil and blend until combined.


Store in an a jar in the fridge.
