Bring bold, spicy flavour to your meals with this Asian Inspired Crispy Chilli Butter. Originally created to showcase our own crispy chilli avocado oil, this recipe works beautifully with any good-quality crispy chilli oil. Simply blend it into softened butter and you’ve got a versatile flavour bomb ready to go. Melt it over a sizzling steak, toss it through steamed greens, swirl it into noodles, or spread it onto crusty bread for a spicy kick. However you use it, this butter turns simple dishes into something unforgettable.

Asian Inspired Crispy Chilli Butter recipe and serving suggestion.
Crispy Chilli Butter

Ingredients:

1/2 cup of salted butter softened (approx 125gms)

2 - 3 tablespoons of our Asian Inspired Avo Chilli Oil

(or as much as you like to taste - I used 4 tablesoons) including the crispy chilli from the bottom of the jar.

Instructions:

Combine the softened butter and Asian Inspired Avo Chilli Oil in a bowl and mix well together.

Once combined well, spoon the mixture onto a ramekin for serving or to be super fancy, spoon the mixture onto piece of cling wrap. Spoon along the long edge of the cling wrap making a rough log shape. Carefully roll the cling wrap around the butter mixture the pinch the ends together and keep rolling it until you have a nice tight log shape. Tie knots in the ends of the cling wrap (or fold over on themselves) to help keep the shape and refrigerate for several hours until the butter is firm.

When ready to use, remove from the fridge and slice into the desired thickness and place onto your food.
