Gourmet Salts

Our salt is harvested from the coastline of New Zealand's South Island then dried into flakes before being combined with herbs and spices or smoked and combined with herbs and spices to create everyday flavour sensations. Our smoked salts are created by slow smoking our salt over Manuka wood chips for hours before being combined with herbs, garlic or chilli.

Use as a condiment or as part of your favourite recipe.
