Smoked Salmon & Everything Avo Dip

There is something very summer like tucking into fresh crusty bread and a smoked salmon dip.

This is a simple dip that can be thrown together quickly at short notice. The hero of this dip is the smoked salmon. I use a hot smoked piece sourced from the local supermarket... quick, easy and tasty.



2 tablespoons of cream cheese

1 tablespoon of sour cream

2 teaspoons of Everything Avo Seasoning

A dash of lemon juice

1 piece of hot smoked salmon (approx 150gms)


Combine room temperature cream cheese with the sour cream and Everything Avo Seasoning in a bowl. Add a dash of lemon juice and ensure the mixture is combined and smooth.

Break up the salmon and stir through the cream cheese mixture.

Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and enjoy with crusty bread or your favourite dipper.
